Return of Products
We accept the return of non-Sale items within 28 days of the date of purchase for a full refund.
Items must be returned with the original receipt and packaging. The product and packaging must be in the original ‘as new’ condition. If you feel you might want to return a product, please accept the packaging when you purchase.
We do not accept the return of Sale items.
Claims of a Product Fault
Items claimed to contain a fault will be inspected by the manufacturer prior to any claim being settled.
Claims must be made within 12 months of the date of purchase and proof of purchase of the product from Molemi is required.
Claims will not be settled where the products have been subjected to excessive wear and tear. Issues caused by a lack of an orthotic will also not be settled.
